塑料密炼机如何解决故障？

橡胶密炼机设备出现故障需要了解的原因及解决方法：

1、密炼机动圈合金脱落，更换动圈即可，然后定动圈跑合数小时，便可解决

2、橡胶密炼机定圈和动圈之间接触面不平，形成不了密封油膜

3、我们可以拆卸橡胶密炼机定圈检查，拖接触面未拉伤，而接触率偏低，则需进行跑合处理，跑合时间为4-8h以上，跑合时接触面不能断油

4、橡胶密炼机动圈、定圈间有硬质颗粒，拉伤接触面，使接触面形成不了密封油膜

如果是动圈被拉伤，需用油石研磨修复，研磨时需用专门装置。定圈为两半结构，可拆卸进行研磨。动圈和定圈的平面研磨好后，将定圈组装好，开慢车研磨数小时，研磨时润滑油
