小型压片机是行业主流选择

关于压片机有以下定义：

（1）压片机械，将干性颗粒状或粉状物料通过模具压制成片剂的机械。

（2）单冲式压片机，由一副模具作垂直往复运动的压片机。

（3）旋转式压片机，由均布于旋转转台的多副模具按一定轨迹作垂直往复运动的压片机。

（4）高速旋转式压片机，模具的轴心随转台旋转的线速度不低于60m/min的旋转式压片机。


小型压片机是目前国内中小型制药企业片剂制备的主流选择。通过在制药企业的实践,对压片机做了以下改善:扩充料斗容量;增加加料间隔时间;增加橡胶垫能提高压片机封闭性;透明硬塑挡板能提高加料器工作状态的可视性,减少挡板与转台摩擦强度。通过总结新技术在压片机中的应用,概述了适合国内企业的压片机技术发展方向。
